UHS - ‘Warm Front’ £300.00 Boiler Replacement Rebate
For people over 60 years of age and not in receiving ‘Benefits’ (other than a retirement pension) the Government funded “Warm Front” scheme can offer a £300 rebate to help meet the cost of fitting a replacement boiler.
For eligible claimants, the Warm Front rebate is paid directly to Universal Heating Services Ltd. by the scheme administrator. UHS then deduct the £300.00 from the customer’s bill.
You can call the Warm Front helpline on 0800 316 2805 to confirm that you are eligible and arrange your registration for the rebate. You simply give them the name of your preferred installer (hopefully, in the North East, Universal Heating Services Ltd!) and UHS will arrange to undertake the boiler replacement.
